Ordering

First-time customers:

If this is your first order with us, please upload a file of your company logo and you will need to also add  1 Logo Digitising listing to your basket. If you are ordering a workwear bundle you will not need to add the logo digitising listing to your cart, but will still need to send us your artwork by email.

You can find the Logo Digitising option in our Collections section on the website.

⚠️ Important: If your order is placed without the logo digitising service added, your order will be refunded.

This is a one-off setup fee for converting your logo into an embroidery-ready format. Once completed, your logo will be stored in our system — meaning you won’t need to pay this fee again for any future orders using the same logo for embroidered items.

Workwear Embroidery & Branding

Every workwear order is completed with left breast embroidery as the standard placement.

We also offer custom logo placement options, including:

• Back

• Sleeve/Arm

• Front (alternative positioning)

In addition to embroidery, we provide other branding methods to suit your needs, such as:

• Heat press

• Printing

• Direct to Film

If you’d like your logo positioned differently, applied using another branding method, or placed in multiple locations, please get in touch with us before placing your order — we’ll be happy to help tailor your workwear to your requirements.

 

Uploading Workwear

An upload option is available on all workwear items. Please upload your artwork to at least one product in your cart; the same design will be applied as left breast embroidery across all items in your order.

Delivery

Our standard delivery charge for workwear single items and workwear bundles is £7.99.

We also offer a local collection option, allowing you to collect your order directly from us once it’s complete.

If you choose this option at checkout, we’ll contact you as soon as your order is ready.

Delivery – Gift Items

Delivery price for items from our Gift Shop Little London Co is £3.50.

We also offer a local collection option, allowing you to collect your items directly from us once they’re ready.

If you select local collection at checkout, we’ll contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
